Return Merchandise Policy You may return most items purchased directly from House Kitchen Records within 30 days of the original delivery. Some items may have special return policies which will be disclosed to the consumer in advance of their purchase via an electronic or website message. Returned items must be in new condition and all original tags, parts, accessories, manuals and packaging must accompany the return to receive a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Once a return is authorized by our return department you should: 1. 2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. 3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not safely reach our return department. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the properly returned item.

Step 1 - Size InformationA size chart generally refers to the "size" you might want based on your actual body measurements. You should use this as a general guideline because you might want a tighter or looser fit. When in doubt or you fall in between sizes we suggest ordering a size up.
Step 2 - Fit Information This product is a "Classic Fit" featuring a relaxed look with a fuller silhouette, shorter length and longer sleeves. It's designed to fit not too tight and not too loose. A classic cut that follows the shape of the body for easy of movement.
Step 3 - Garment Measurements Using garment dimensions provided by the manufacturer is the best way to determine how an item will fit you. You should take into consideration your preferences and what you are wearing it for when choosing which size to order The garment dimensions listed above are the actual size of the garment laid out flat.
Measurement Notes: Chest is measured 1" below the armhole with garment laying flat. Sleeve from center of the neck to the cuff. Compare your actual body measurements to the garment measurements (you'll need to double the circumference measurement listed in the garment measurements) and allow room for movement. Manufacturers allow for a tolerance of + or - 1 inch. When in doubt or if you fall in between sizes, we suggest ordering a size up.
